Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in 6th of October for a Senior Property Consultant. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing consulting services, managing client relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service. The role includes liaising with clients to understand their property requirements, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales, and ensuring all sales documentation is accurate and complete. Additionally, the Senior Property Consultant will be expected to stay updated on real estate market trends and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Consulting and Sales abilities
• Familiarity with Real Estate market and practices
• Proven negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred
