Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing consulting services, maintaining effective communication, delivering excellent customer service, and driving sales in the real estate sector. Daily tasks will include engaging with clients, understanding their needs, presenting property options, and assisting with the transaction process.
Qualifications
- Consulting skills to provide expert advice and guidance
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales experience in the Real Estate sector
- Ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
