Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Specialist located in New Cairo. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing the desired products, providing product knowledge, maintaining the sales floor, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. The specialist will also be responsible for processing transactions, handling returns, and suggesting products based on customer needs and preferences.
