About the Role
You’ll be the go-to expert for Meta Ads strategy, management, and optimization.
Your mission: build high-performing campaigns that drive measurable results — and help clients understand how those results are achieved.
You’ll plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta platforms, analyze performance data, and provide clear insights to clients. You’ll also collaborate with our creative and development teams to deliver powerful, conversion-focused assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns that convert
- Manage budgets, audiences, pixels, and conversion tracking
- Conduct A/B tests and continuously optimize for ROAS and CPA goals
- Prepare clear performance reports and guide clients through results
- Suggest creative and funnel improvements backed by data
- Troubleshoot campaign and account issues quickly and effectively
- Coordinate with designers and copywriters to ensure top-quality ads
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of proven experience running Meta Ads (Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager)
- Deep understanding of e-commerce funnels, pixel tracking, and attribution
- Strong analytical mindset — data is your best friend
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Organized, self-driven, and results-oriented
Nice to Have
- Experience in Arabic-speaking markets or bilingual ad campaigns
- Knowledge of Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or CRM tools
- Ability to lead onboarding calls and performance reviews
