Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales of luxury watches and jewelry. Daily tasks include assisting customers in selecting and purchasing products, managing sales transactions, and maintaining an orderly and attractive retail environment. Additionally, the Sales Consultant will be expected to participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales experience in a retail environment
- Experience in Sales Management and Training
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Passion for luxury watches and jewelry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in luxury retail is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business
