The Role
We are looking for a driven as well as an ambitious facilitator for all leasing administration related activities from inception to close including, but not limited to, showings, detailed oriented, documentation, coordination and administration for the various aspects of the leasing administration work across all team members. The candidate will act as an administration executive to help all the leasing team members, tenant relations and the property management team in updating their trackers and CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining continuous follow up and updating all leasing trackers.
- Follow up on Managed and Non-Managed properties trackers and systems for the Property Management Department.
- Ensure proper updates from all team members without duplication of tenants in any of the trackers or systems.
- Gives and receives constructive feedback as appropriate.
- Displays energy, drive and commitment with all team members.
- Allocate different tasks for new business inquiries.
- Allocate the leasing inquiries to the different team members.
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in administration, real estate field, or related industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specially excel.
- Proficiency and experience in working and consistently updating CRM system.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
