Quality Section Head Preferably someone with experience in the paper industry.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and evaluate the performance of the quality control team to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Review and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for lab operations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2008 and FSC standards.
• Lead the implementation and monitoring of QMS, QCPs, PQS (Customer Relevant Quality Standards), and corrective/preventive action systems (CAPA).
• Oversee the preparation and execution of the Quality Department’s OPEX and CAPEX budgets, including calibration, maintenance, and consumables.
• Monitor raw material consumption and drive cost-reduction initiatives without compromising product quality.
• Supervise product trials and evaluate performance outcomes.
• Monitor and control chemical expiration dates and make decisions on expired materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• FMCG Background is a Must
• 5+ years' experience in Quality mainly paper industry background
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Strong Leadership Skills
