We’re hiring Inbound Customer Service Agents to join our growing team on-site in Maadi, Cairo. This is a full-time role providing voice and email support to customers.
The shift starts in the afternoon (3 PM or 4 PM), and you’ll enjoy a consistent 5-workdays with weekends off (Saturday & Sunday).

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
- Deliver timely, professional support and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet individual and team performance targets

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Flexibility to work evening/night shifts
- Basic computer skills; previous experience is a plus
- Team player with a proactive attitude
