Responsibilities
- Project manage and problem solve for various tasks, act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication, aligning expectations, and providing regular updates
- Develop and implement all social media strategies for clients in different industries and development stages
- Propose creative ideas and concepts, and work with the creative team to develop informative, appealing, and SEO-friendly content
- Manage monthly editorial posting calendars and schedules
- Coordinate & review the content with clients and publish according to schedule, monitor and moderate social media channels on daily basis
- Develop monthly analysis reports and track and analyze competitors' platforms and marketing activities on weekly basis
- Collect and develop database for inspirational ideas and creative visuals
Qualifications
- Strong client management skills: confident, proactive, and solution-oriented in managing client relationships
- Proven work experience as an account manager or project manager
- Excellent copy-writing, editing, presentation and communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Adequate knowledge of SEO, graphic design, web design, and web development
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational skills
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
- A bachelor’s degree is required
