Job description

The Quality Administrator is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and control processes within the medical products category. This role will supervise data integration processes from wholesalers and pharmacies, oversee KPIs, and manage a team to maintain high data standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the matching and validation of product pharmaceutical data across the i'SUPPLY platform, wholesalers, and pharmacies.

• Lead and manage a team responsible for data quality, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Monitor and report on key KPIs, including data accuracy, upload compliance, and unmatched items.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., technical, QA) to improve data matching tools and processes.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data standards and resolve any discrepancies.

• Implement and oversee automation processes to improve data matching and validation efficiency.

• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on data quality metrics and team performance.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy Graduate.

• 2 - 3 years of experience.

• Proven experience in data management and analysis.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and ensure accountability.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
