Job Description:
We are looking for Fashion Sales Executives to join our team and be part of Hangardes’ pre-launch phase and store opening. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to deliver an outstanding in-store experience to every customer.
- Welcome and assist customers, offering personalized fashion advice
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Support visual merchandising and store organization.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle returns or exchanges as needed.
- Ensure products are well-presented and displays are maintained according to brand standards.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to management to support continuous improvement.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards within the retail environment.
