Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in visual merchandising, including 3 years in a managerial role within the fashion retail industry.
Strong creativity and aesthetic sense with excellent attention to detail.
Proven ability to design impactful displays and layouts that drive sales.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
