Account Manager-Pharmacy Sector

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our pharmacy partners. Your primary goal is to ensure mutual success by driving pharmacy performance, implementing strategic initiatives, and fostering strong collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of individual pharmacies against key performance indicators (KPIs). You will identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to optimize sales and operational efficiency.

Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching and training to pharmacy staff members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices to help them achieve sales targets.

Strategic Collaboration: Work with pharmacies to plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities that drive customer engagement and sales.

Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor and support pharmacies with stock and inventory management to ensure product availability and minimize wastage.

Business Development: Actively identify and onboard new pharmacies to expand our market presence and grow the business. You will also explore and present new business development ideas to key stakeholders.

Goal Achievement: Maintain a constant focus on achieving sales targets and business objectives, proactively adjusting strategies to meet goals.
