Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, UAE. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating with multiple departments to deliver projects, handling client communications, solving client issues, and ensuring the timely delivery of all projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Account Management, and Client Relationship Management.
- Experience in Marketing Strategies and Digital Marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
