Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Implement the sales management process (prospecting, qualifying, presenting, closing, follow-up).
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships; act as the main point of contact.
• Identify and educate prospective customers while supporting existing clients.
• Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Report market updates and customer feedback to management.
