Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer – Interior Architecture & Civil Works, located in Cairo. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, performing sales engineering activities, and managing customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies, presenting product solutions to clients, addressing client queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service.


🔹 Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities within the interior, finishing, and civil construction sectors.
Identify client needs and prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams to ensure project accuracy.
Conduct site visits, presentations, and client meetings.
Prepare quotations, BOQs, and follow up on tenders and project pipelines.
Negotiate and close deals while maintaining client satisfaction.
Monitor competitors and market trends to support sales strategy.

🔹 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
3–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or project coordination in the interior and construction field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong technical understanding of materials, finishes, and civil works.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and travel to sites or client offices.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and CRM tools.
