NOK Human Capital is hiring, on behalf of a well-known digital fuel & fleet-management platform, a Junior Sales (B2B) professional to join their team. You will drive new client acquisition, manage end-to-end sales activities, and build long-term business relationships within the B2B sector. This role directly contributes to revenue growth and market expansion by identifying opportunities, executing sales strategies, and maintaining a strong client pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients through various channels including calls, emails, and networking.
Conduct discovery meetings to assess client needs and present tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to decision-makers.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Maintain accurate client and sales data using CRM tools.
Track and report sales performance against monthly KPIs.
Gather and share market insights to support commercial strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction post-sale.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Comfortable with on-site work and occasional field visits.
Car or personal transportation is a mustfor field visits.
Experience in SaaS, Fintech, Telecommunications, or Startups is a plus.
Good command of English.
Based in or able to commute to Zahraa Al-Maadi, Cairo.
