Role Overview
We are looking for an Account Manager to manage client accounts, ensure satisfaction, and build strong relationships. You will coordinate with internal teams, oversee projects, conduct market research, and help develop strategies to achieve client goals.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor campaign performance, implement improvements as needed, and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
- Handle client transactions, including processing payments accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate and meet with clients to understand their goals, requirements, and business needs.
- Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth and client retention.
- Stay updated on the latest market projects and trends to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
- Track key performance metrics to measure success and ensure targets are consistently achieved.
Qualifications:
- B2B sales experience (real estate/marketing is a plus)
- Account Management and Client Relationship skills
- Strong communication, Team Collaboration and Interpersonal skills
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Familiar with CRM and sales tools
