We’re looking for a Production Manager with solid, hands-on experience in event management and production to join our dynamic team at Harmoniqa.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full production process — from planning and fabrication to on-site setup and dismantling.
• Manage suppliers, workshops, and logistics to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Supervise technical and on-ground operations during event execution.
• Collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and client servicing teams to ensure brand consistency and smooth workflow.
• Solve operational challenges quickly and effectively under pressure.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in event production, fabrication, or exhibition setup.
• Strong technical understanding of materials (wood, metal, acrylic, fabrics, and printing).
• Wide network of suppliers and industrial workshops (carpenters, metalworkers, signage & printing vendors).
• Proven experience in booth and exhibition fabrication.
• Ability to lead on-ground teams and manage labor for setup and dismantling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and flexibility to handle last-minute challenges.
• Strong organizational, budgeting, and multitasking skills.
