Odoo Implementor / Project Manager (Part-Time – Partnership Opportunity)

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role, offering flexibility and strong potential for long-term collaboration. The Odoo Implementor / Project Manager will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and customization of Odoo ERP systems across different modules, while ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analysis and translate client requirements into Odoo functional workflows.
• Configure, customize, and deploy Odoo modules to meet client objectives.
• Lead end-to-end project management: planning, testing, training, and go-live.
• Deliver user training and technical support to ensure smooth adoption.
• Collaborate with Business Leaders’ consulting teams to integrate Odoo within broader HR and operational frameworks.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancement and future scalability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation and customization.
• Solid understanding of Odoo functional architecture and technical capabilities.
• Practical experience in one or more key modules.
• Technical background with working knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, or Odoo Studio is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into system design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or Business Administration (or equivalent).
