Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met
• Lead project planning, timelines, and execution across branding, printing, promotional giveaways, and integrated campaigns
• Translate client objectives into strategic briefs for creative and production teams
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and quality control from start to finish
• Manage third-party vendors and collaborate closely with internal departments design, production, and strategy
• Build long term partnerships by delivering value, insight, and exceptional service
• Anticipate challenges, resolve issues proactively, and ensure client satisfaction at every touchpoint

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in account management within an agency or marketing-driven environment
