Account Manager / Sales Executive – Octux Marketing Agency

We’re looking for a motivated Account Manager / Sales Executive to join our growing team at Octux, a creative marketing agency specializing in social media, branding, and performance campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing client accounts and maintain strong relationships.
- Identify new sales opportunities and close deals.
- Communicate client needs clearly to the creative and design teams.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and marketing plans for potential clients.
- Follow up on leads, calls, and messages to convert into clients.
- Attend client meetings and presentations when required.
- Ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in account management (marketing or agency background preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of social media marketing and digital ads.
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven personality.
- Presentable and comfortable speaking with clients.
