Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Success Manager. The person will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with our team to develop and execute sales strategies. The Customer Success Manager will also need to be able to manage client relationships and handle inquiries related to our trade finance solutions.

• Driving Revenue growth by onboarding new clients, maintaining & increasing the utilization of existing clients.
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and sales proposals for clients.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Min 2 years’ experience in SME relationship management at a bank or non-bank financial institution or related field.
• Understanding of supply chain finance and factoring
• Credit Course or similar certificate is highly preferable.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Experience with CRM software
• Fluent in English language is highly preferable.
