Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Senior Training Specialist role located in Giza at Raneen. The Senior Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, designing instructional materials, providing excellent customer service, and fostering communication among team members.
Qualifications

• Experience in Training & Development
• Proficiency in Instructional Design
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Previous experience in retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field
