Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Maintenance Manager located in Al Adan. The Facilities Maintenance Manager will oversee daily operations related to the maintenance and upkeep of buildings and facilities. Responsibilities include managing preventive and building maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing facility functionality. The role also involves coordinating with vendors and contractors and implementing best practices for efficient facility management.
Qualifications
Strong Facility Management (FM) skills, including the ability to plan and oversee facility operations efficiently
Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Building Maintenance to ensure operational excellence
Solid background in Maintenance Management, including managing workflows and maintenance schedules
Effective Supervisory Skills to lead and motivate a team of maintenance staff
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in using facility management software is an advantage
Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related fiel
