Sales Specialist – Aesthetic Medical Devices

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in the rapidly growing field of aesthetic medical devices.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling high-end aesthetic technologies to clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and wellness centers.
You will play a key role in building relationships, understanding client needs, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell aesthetic medical devices (e.g., laser machines, body contouring, and skin rejuvenation systems) to clinics and professionals.
- Identify and approach potential clients, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic centers, and wellness clinics.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and clinical presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Attend exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and generate leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on market trends and customer needs.
- Prepare reports and maintain CRM records of client interactions and pipeline status.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the medical aesthetics or medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel locally and regionally as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus, depending on the market).
- Must be based in or near Sheikh Zayed, Giza – Egypt.
