Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervision Engineer located in New Cairo. The Site Supervision Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, regulations, and safety standards. Daily tasks include coordinating with contractors and team members, inspecting and monitoring work progress, resolving site issues, and reporting to project management on updates and challenges.

Qualifications

• Engineering skills, knowledge of construction methodologies, and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Project management experience, including scheduling, task prioritization, and resource allocation
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills for handling on-site challenges
• Proficiency in communication and collaboration with contractors, teams, and stakeholders
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software tools
• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the construction industry is an advantage
