Role Overview
We are seeking an IT Manager to oversee all aspects of Taly’s information technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system operations, both on-premises and cloud-based. The ideal candidate will ensure that all IT systems are secure, compliant, and aligned with Taly’s technical and regulatory standards, while supporting the company’s digital growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain on-site servers, network infrastructure, and cloud environments (AWS).
• Oversee IT operations, including hardware, software, network security, and system availability across all departments.
• Implement and enforce IT policies, security standards, and disaster recovery procedures in compliance with PCI-DSS requirements.
• Ensure data protection, backup, and recovery mechanisms are in place and tested regularly.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT infrastructure, internet connectivity, and cybersecurity support.
• Supervise IT support activities — installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and system upgrades.
• Work closely with the Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to ensure IT systems align with development and deployment environments.
• Manage user access controls, permissions, and device management for employees and contractors.
• Oversee procurement and lifecycle management of IT assets and software licenses.
• Monitor and enhance network performance, system reliability, and security posture across all systems.
• Lead internal and external IT audits, coordinate with compliance teams, and implement remediation actions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT architecture, inventory, and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, cybersecurity risks, and IT governance standards.
Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT management or system administration, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial institutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with server management, network configuration, and firewall administration.
• Proficiency in AWS Cloud Services (EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch).
• Experience with Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP) and security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS).
• Familiarity with endpoint management, Active Directory, and Office 365 Admin Console.
• Experience managing hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud).
• Strong knowledge of IT security standards, data encryption, and incident response planning.
• Exposure to CBK, PCI-DSS, or ISO 27001 compliance frameworks.
• Experience in vendor management, IT procurement, and budgeting.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CCNA/CCNP, CISSP, or ITIL.
• Experience implementing IT policies, governance frameworks, and internal controls.
• Background in fintech, payment systems, or regulated financial environments.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery design and high-availability architectures.
• Familiarity with endpoint security, MDM tools, and SIEM systems (e.g., CrowdStrike, Splunk).
