Account Manager — Teddy Peeps

About the Role

Teddy Peeps is looking for an Account Manager who can lead client relationships and drive strategic growth. This role goes beyond support, you will actively shape strategies, guide clients, and ensure our creative and digital outputs deliver real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients and manage day-to-day communication
• Lead strategy discussions and translate objectives into clear briefs
• Work closely with creative, branding, copy, production, and media teams
• Build monthly strategies, content plans, and campaign approaches
• Manage timelines, approvals, deliverables, and project flow
• Present reports, insights, and strategic recommendations
• Maintain account health, budgets, and client satisfaction

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in a creative or digital agency
• Strong understanding of branding, strategy, and content marketing
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable leading clients
• Strong English skills; Arabic is a plus
