Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Leasing Manager to oversee all leasing activities within our shopping mall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting new tenants, negotiating lease agreements, maintaining tenant relationships, and ensuring optimal occupancy levels.
Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve targeted occupancy rates.
Identify, approach, and secure new tenants that align with the mall’s retail mix.
Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and agreements in line with company policies.
Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing tenants.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support tenant openings and activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and rental rates.
Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and updates for management.
Ensure all leasing documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in leasing, preferably in malls or commercial real estate.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Excellent analytical and market research abilities.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
