About the Role:

Citadel Developments is hiring a Site Supervisor with 6–7 years of experience to oversee day-to-day site activities, ensure proper execution of works, and maintain high-quality standards across our residential projects. The role requires strong on-site presence, technical understanding, and excellent coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work execution follows drawings and specifications.
• Monitor the performance of contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality control for structural, architectural, and finishing works.
• Report site progress and highlight delays, issues, or risks.
• Coordinate with the project engineer, technical office, and finishing teams.
• Inspect materials delivered on site and ensure proper installation.
• Enforce safety rules and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
• Assist in resolving on-site technical problems.
• Prepare daily progress reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience as a Site Supervisor (developer or contractor background).
• Strong understanding of construction methods and finishing details.
• Good knowledge of quality control and site safety practices.
• Strong communication and site coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple trades.
• Proficiency in reading drawings (architectural, structural, MEP).
