Position Overview
As a Sales and Styling Assistant, you will be the face of INCA & Co., helping customers discover pieces that elevate their living spaces while delivering an exceptional, personalized in-store experience. This role blends customer service, interior styling support, and product storytelling to guide clients in curating a space that reflects their lifestyle and aesthetic.
Locations: New Cairo &Giza Showrooms
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a warm, engaging, and professional manner.
- Provide expert styling advice based on customers’ needs, preferences, and space requirements.
- Educate customers about product details, fabrics, collections, and brand storytelling.
- Support visual merchandising, showroom organization, and display styling in line with brand guidelines.
- Assist in managing sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and inventory tracking.
- Collaborate with the sales and design teams to deliver a seamless client experience, from consultation to post-purchase follow-up.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of current collections, design trends, and styling techniques.
- Help prepare the store or showroom for launches, promotions, and events.
- Gather customer feedback and contribute to the continuous enhancement of the in-store experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- University student or recent graduate (any field – design, business, or arts preferred)
- 1 –3 years of experience in retail sales, interior styling, home décor, or lifestyle brands.
- A strong sense of design, color coordination, and attention to visual detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English skills
- Passion for home styling, textiles, and creating meaningful customer experiences.
- Proactive, collaborative, and enthusiastic with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work on shift basis, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of POS systems & inventory software tools are a plus.
