Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Specialist with proven experience in dental implant sales to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with implant systems and strong relationships within the dental market.
Responsibilities
• Manage and grow a defined territory in the dental implant market.
• Visit dentists and clinics to present implant systems and product advantages.
• Deliver demos, follow-ups, and account management professionally.
• Achieve monthly targets through structured field activity.
• Update CRM (Zoho) with visits, orders, and all field operations.
Requirements (Strict)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dental implant sales (MANDATORY).
• Strong understanding of implant components, techniques, and clinical workflow.
• Existing network of dentists is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional reporting.

• Based in Cairo (regular field visits required)

Compensation & Onboarding
• Competitive basic salary + monthly sales commissions.
• Product and technical training on the BIOTEM Implant System.
• The first month is a training & evaluation period with a temporary starter salary, followed by activation of the full compensation package after successful onboarding.
