Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager based in Qesm El Maadi. The Production Manager will oversee daily production processes, coordinate activities to ensure operational efficiency, and maintain adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production activities, managing personnel, monitoring machinery to ensure optimal performance, and implementing improvements to maximize productivity. The Production Manager will also liaise with other departments to address challenges, meet project timelines, and support organizational goals.

- Proven expertise in production planning, process optimization, and resource management
- Strong leadership, team coordination, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality assurance practices, and industrial standards
- Proficiency in plant operations, equipment maintenance, and technical problem-solving
- Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies and commitment to sustainable practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in production management, preferably within the cement or heavy industries
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with excellent communication and analytical skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems in manufacturing and production environments is an advantage
