We are hiring an energetic and professional Sales Support & Lead Qualification Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial contact with leads coming from ads and social media.
- Qualify leads by gathering essential information and assessing fit.
- Schedule appointments for the sales/closer team and manage the calendar efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records inside the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects who didn’t respond or didn’t complete the process.
- Collaborate closely with the closers and provide them with complete client insights.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Setter or in Customer Service (mandatory).
- Strong command of the English language.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Fast response time and ability to manage multiple conversations.
- Strong time-management and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools.
- Flexible personality and willingness to grow.
- Ability to work morning and evening shifts.
