Penguin Appliances is expanding, and we’re looking for a talented Account Manager to join our fast-growing team.

🔹 Responsibilities

 • Manage retail accounts (hypermarkets, chains, resellers).

 • Handle marketplace platforms (Amazon, Noon, Jumia, 2B, B.Tech Online).

 • Maintain listings, pricing, promotions, and product visibility.

 • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and returns with warehouse & transportation teams.

 • Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, banners, and product content.

 • Prepare weekly performance reports.

 • Ensure smooth communication with all partners to maximize sales.

🔹 Requirements

 • 2–4 years experience in account management, preferably in home appliances, FMCG, or e-commerce.

 • Strong communication & negotiation skills.

 • Experience with Amazon/Marketplace dashboards is a big plus.

 • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

 • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple accounts.
