Job Description
- Oversee and execute maintenance operations for civil and architectural elements across Administrative and commercial properties.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve structural, architectural, and finishing issues.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality completion of maintenance tasks.
- Prepare detailed maintenance reports, documenting issues, actions taken, and recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards in all maintenance activities.
- Manage emergency repairs and respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests.
- Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for maintenance projects and repairs.
- Recommend and implement upgrades or modifications to improve property performance and aesthetics.
- Supervise maintenance staff and ensure adherence to best practices.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in civil or architectural maintenance engineering.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving structural and architectural issues.
- Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with safety standards and building codes.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work onsite and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
