Role Description
We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to support our customers and enhance their experience at every touchpoint. As a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, managing feedback, and resolving complaints. Additional responsibilities include collecting customer insights to improve services, collaborating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction, and contributing to the development of customer support processes. This role requires a balance of in-office presence and the flexibility of remote work.
