Job Description
- Develop Master Production Schedules (MPS) in accordance with the demands of the manufacturing industries.
- Oversee the planning and scheduling of raw materials (gold and silver), packaging materials, spare parts, and inventory management in accordance with safety and quality control standards.
- Analyze production data and identify key bottlenecks (downtime), equipment capacity, and process limitations.
- Prepare periodic reports on efficient production and forecast future requirements for raw materials.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Science, Business Administration, or a related field. (Certifications such as CPIM/APICS are preferred).
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in production planning and scheduling, including at least 2 years in a high-precision or precision industry (e.g., metals, pharmaceuticals, or non-precision industries).
- Strong experience using innovative Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems in production and innovation.
- Proven track record in managing production schedules and optimizing manufacturing processes.
