Job Description

•  Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision components for precious metal products.
• Develop and optimize CNC machining processes to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
• Oversee the operation and programming of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machines used in the highly precise forming and manufacturing of gold and silver bars and molds.
• Ensure that the dimensions and tolerances of the final products strictly comply with the required engineering specifications for precious metal alloys.
• Develop and execute daily and periodic Preventive Maintenance schedules for CNC machines to ensure operational continuity, efficiency, and minimize downtime.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any machine malfunctions or faults and propose quick and effective solutions.
• Identify opportunities to optimize engineering and operational processes to increase production speed and product accuracy.
• Document process changes, machine settings, and production data for traceability and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC programming, setup, and operation.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, and materials.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software for CNC programming.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in a full-time, office-based arrangement.
