•Submit and finalize the corrective & preventive, and predictive maintenance plan for production lines Machines.
• Analysis of spare parts required for all production line machines.
• Ensure availability of spare parts in coordination with warehouse and procurement
• Responsible for all PR requests for spare parts and follow up until the cycle of PR.
• Conduct regular inspections to evaluate machinery conditions and diagnose problems.
• Ensure up-to-date machinery logs and conduct performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and report any anticipated safety risk or safety standard violation.
• Analysis and follow-up of all complaints related to maintenance coming from production departments.
• Ensuring that all maintenance services are provided safely and efficiently.
• Directs, coordinates, and supervises all mechanical and electrical maintenance in production lines.
• Responsible for developing each one in the team and providing them with the needed training programs to enhance their technical skills; all of this comes with developing the production procedures.
• Review the maintenance record and perform the functions of checking and diagnosing faults by the approved maintenance requests, compiling and preparing the relevant maintenance requirements statement.
• Complete the examination and repair form and prepare a report on development proposals.
• Distribution and follow-up of maintenance tasks and procedures following the approved maintenance request.
