Role & Responsibilities:

• Manages Technical Projects/Activities assigned to him/her (& the commercial yearly calendar, if requested).
• Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of his assigned projects.
• Participate in the kick off planning for assigned projects to communicate projects objectives and announce start up.
• Implements different projects review in accordance with methodology to ensure successful execution of the project as measured by the project agreed KPI’s within the project charter.
• Coordinate the planning/scheduling of the teams tasks to come up with a solid implementation/activities schedule.
• Manages scope and mitigates risk across projects.
• Serves as key participant in team and customer meetings.
• Confronts issues openly and quickly.
• Tactfully communicates sensitive information to stakeholders.
• Keep and track all issues during the project execution time and share lessons learned and best practices.
• Regularly prepares, reviews and communicate the status reports of projects and addresses issues/risks as appropriate. If needed, do the same for projects steering level committees.
• Proactively manage changes in projects scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Complies with and enforces standard policies and procedures.
• Ensure full compatibility to the company & IT process specially IT Project Management process.
• Ensures to maintain full and updated project documentation as per the agreed process and the best practices.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in engineering/IT related ( if not, post graduate diploma/study in IT is mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years demonstrated track Technical PM pract
