Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Account Manager with at least one year of experience in a marketing agency. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily communication with assigned clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, media) to execute client requirements.
• Follow up on project timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare client reports, updates, and meeting summaries.
• Handle client feedback and ensure proper implementation.
• Support account planning and campaign execution.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive in a marketing agency.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work on-site and handle multiple accounts.
• Client-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
• Experience with client presentations or reports.
• Familiarity with marketing KPI
