About the Role
ITS is looking for a Senior Business Consultant to join our dynamic team! If you have expertise in Core Banking Systems—especially Loan Origination, Finance, Branch Operations, Trade Finance, and Investment—this is your chance to make an impact. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into product features and implementation plans.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Functional Analysis & Design
- Gather and document business requirements for loan origination, financial posting, trade finance, and investment modules.
- Define workflows, user stories, and functional specifications for credit processing and GL integration.
- Support the design of financial flows including disbursement, repayment, accruals, and accounting treatments.
✅ Implementation Support
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and implementation teams for accurate delivery.
- Participate in UAT cycles and assist in client onboarding and training sessions.
✅ Stakeholder Engagement
- Validate requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct client demos, workshops, and feedback sessions.
✅ Market & Product Insights
- Stay updated on trends in digital lending, core banking, and financial automation.
- Suggest enhancements to improve product competitiveness.
Requirements
🎓 Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in business consulting or product analysis within core banking or financial software.
- Strong understanding of loan origination, credit workflows, and financial accounting.
💡 Skills & Competencies
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills (BRDs, user stories, workflows).
- Familiarity with GL posting rules and financial lifecycle in banking.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to SME or retail lending platforms.
- Knowledge of Islamic finance principles.
- Experience with digital tools like OCR, workflow automation, or AI-based scoring
