Job Description
- Administer, configure, and maintain the company’s ERP system (Odoo) to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and implement ERP solutions that support operational goals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols within the ERP environment.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- Lead ERP system upgrades, patches, and integrations with other business applications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ERP configurations, workflows, and procedures.
- Manage network servers and technology tools.
- Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
- Ability to build network infrastructure (LAN) and patch management to new branches.
- Manage Sophos is network firewall system.
- Manage FortiGate is network firewall system.
- Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies
- Train end-users and provide ongoing technical support to maximize ERP adoption and efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity, backup, and disaster recovery processes are in place and regularly tested.
- Work closely with vendors and external partners to coordinate system enhancements and resolve technical challenges.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to recommend and implement continuous improvements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT engineering or ERP system administration roles.
- Solid background in Odoo system administrations is a MUST
- Proven expertise in administering and supporting Odoo system in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of business processes in construction equipment, logistics, or related industries.
- Experience with ERP system upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
- Experience with user training and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with security protocols and data protection best practices.
- Willingness to work onsite and support operational needs as required.
