Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Dokki. The Travel Consultant will assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and travel packages. Responsibilities include providing travel advice, processing travel documents such as visas and passports, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Administrative tasks and coordination with partners and service providers will also be part of the role.
Qualifications
- 0-1 Experience in travel planning, booking systems, and working with passports and visas
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage and organize multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in technology and tools related to travel booking and reservation systems
- Proficiency in English and Arabic; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with local and international travel regulations and industry standards
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
