Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, approachable manner, providing expert advice on products and styling.
- Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s collections, promotions, and fashion trends.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing—merchandising products, arranging displays, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns professionally.
- Collaborate with the team to support daily store operations and uphold brand standards.
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving stock and conducting regular counts.
Requirements
- +3 experience in retail, fashion, or customer service is preferred.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and comfort using technology (POS systems, tablets, etc.).
- Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and peak shopping hours.
