About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and professional Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience and a strong background in a digital agency environment, with the ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with internal teams to deliver successful digital projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned client accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency.
• Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, media, and development) to ensure project delivery.
• Understand client goals and translate them into clear briefs.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and performance updates for clients.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role.
• Previous experience in a digital agency is required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office .
