United South Technology Company (UST) is seeking a highly experienced Account Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Marketing, Advertising, and Promotion Department, ensuring the successful implementation of all marketing strategies and achieving the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the Marketing, Advertising, and Promotion Department.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide regular performance reports.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure the highest return on investment (ROI).
• Coordinate with different departments to maintain a unified brand identity.
• Monitor market trends and competitors and propose effective development plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Oversee marketing projects from initiation to completion.
Requirements:
• Strong and proven experience in Marketing and Advertising.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and deliver results.
• High communication skills with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Working Hours:
• 8 hours per day
• Friday and Saturday off
• Fixed shift
