Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality Reels and short videos that align with brand identity.
- Develop fresh concepts, hooks, and storytelling ideas.
- Film, edit, and deliver content with strong pacing and creativity.
- Stay updated with trends, audios, and platform best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan weekly content calendars.
- Optimize content for engagement: hooks, captions, formats, and calls-to-action.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in short-form video creation (portfolio or samples required).
- Strong editing skills using mobile apps or desktop software.
- Ability to capture aesthetic, clean, and on-brand shots.
- Excellent understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement tactics.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly.
- Basic understanding of lighting, framing, and storytelling.
